Terms of Use

The rules for using this website and its contact form. Short, because the site is short: you read, and if you like, you write to me.

The provider

This website and its electronic services are provided by Piotr Brzeziński, running the sole proprietorship Piotr Brzeziński - UX / UI Design (melon studio), ul. Kościelna 17 lok. 24, 60-536 Poznań, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7812048851, REGON 524808073, email hello@melon.studio.

The services

Free of charge, the site lets you read its content (projects and notes) and send a message through the contact form. Sending a message does not create any contract; it starts a conversation.

The form service begins when you send a message and ends once it is answered. Browsing ends when you leave the page. You can stop using either at any time.

What you need

  • A device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled (the form's spam check needs it).
  • An email address, if you want an answer.

Risks

Using the internet carries general risks, such as malware, phishing or unauthorised access to your device or data. To limit them, the site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the contact form uses a spam check. Keep your browser up to date and be careful with links and attachments from people you don't know.

Fair use

Please don't send unlawful or offensive content, spam, or anything meant to disrupt the site. Messages like that will be deleted without a reply.

Content and rights

The site's texts, designs and images are protected by copyright. They belong to me or to the clients and authors credited with them. You may share links to them; please ask before reusing anything else.

Complaints

If something on the site doesn't work as it should, write to hello@melon.studio with a short description. I reply within 14 days.

Final provisions

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you. These terms may change with the site; the current version is always here, with its date at the top. Your personal data is covered by the privacy policy.
