Sawicki Legal

Law firm website, 2025

Sawicki Legal is a business law firm from Łódź working with founders, shareholders and family companies. On behalf of zu.agency I designed a website that starts from the situation a client is in, not from legal categories, and keeps a free consultation one click away.

01 — Context

Business law for founders and owners

Sawicki Legal advises companies on partner and business disputes, investments and shareholder agreements, digital business and marketplace disputes, international expansion and family firms. Its clients are founders and owners, usually facing a partner conflict, a deal or a growth decision. They are not looking for a list of legal disciplines; they are looking for someone who understands their situation.

02 — Challenge

From legal categories to real problems

Law firm websites usually mirror the firm’s internal structure: practice areas, partners, publications. A founder in a shareholder dispute does not search for “corporate law”, they search for a way out of a conflict. The site needed to start from those situations, keep the tone calm and credible, and still give enough depth for someone comparing firms.

03 — Approach

HUB pages built around situations

I grouped the services into HUB pages such as Business Conflicts and Family Businesses. Each HUB describes one business situation, lists the services that solve it, shows client opinions, the way the firm works and the questions people ask, then points to the other HUBs. Service pages go one level deeper with a process and a case study, and a free consultation is never more than a click away.

05 — Design system

A quiet system with one blue accent

The identity is restrained on purpose: white space, black type and one confident blue. A small blue square marks every section label, a thin blue line with square nodes connects the steps of each process, and headlines run in two tones, black for the point and grey for the context. The dot from the logo returns at full size in the wordmark that closes every page.

06 — Outcome

A law firm that speaks business

The live site at sawickilegal.pl leads with situations rather than disciplines, backs them with case studies, client opinions and articles, and keeps contact close at hand. The HUB structure gives the firm a natural place for new services and content, and a small set of brand rules makes a boutique firm feel distinct in a category full of interchangeable websites.
